I logged all the food! Had a low calorie day for a change. Most days are 1500 minimum but I can handle a few 1200-1300 here and there. Breakfast was protein shake. Morning snack 1egg+1white, laughing cow cheese we've and a tomato. Lunch was soup, fried onions and carrots. Snack was coffee and almonds. Dinner was pasta with cream of mushroom soup, sausage and mushrooms, with veggies on the side. I specifically made the recipe to make 5 300 cal servings.
