Food was on point today! 3 balanced meals all with veggies, a nice portioned comfort food snack (not pictured, half pbj) and a nice amount of fiber. Also, #carbs were just at goal. Bfast: scrambled #eggs with mushroom #avocado and blue cheese and turkey sausages. Lunch: salad with chicken sausage, #chia seeds, boiled egg, blue cheese and ranch.
