Dinner was 6-7oz pork chop (it was 7 but my toddler are all of hers and some of mine) coked in just evoo and Mrs. Dash, green salad with ranch. Ellie and I had some 1x1 time tonight after Penny went to sleep. She's not ready to do any of the exercises on the #wiifit board but can run in place with me, and we can work together on the balance games. A year (and 3 weeks) in review. Jan 1 2015 I committed to eating less and moving more. I used MFP, a Striiv fitness tracker, and walking around my property. I did really great until April when my family got sick and I lost focus for 3.5 months. August 4 2015 I committed again and got back on it! I did great, lost steadily until mid December when I got started working overtime and got sick and indulged. I decided to maintain through Christmas. Jan 3 I had maintained. And I got back at it! I won't dwell on how much further along I would be if I had stayed on track, I'll dwell on the fact that I was *only* off track for 4.5ish total months of the 12! #pineapplephotochallenge #howistayontrack I use my social media and phone addiction to keep me focused on my choices my goals and my plan. This folder of apps is pinned to the bottom of my iPhone for easy access. I'll explain each item. @striiv_fitness was my first wearable activity tracker, I've since upgraded but I haven't deleted the app. #pinkpadapp helps me track my menstrual cycle. This helps me be aware of how my body changes throughout the cycle. The #iPhone health app is in here but I don't really use it now that I have my #fitbit. If you don't have a fitbit, you can keep your iPhone in your pocket and it will track your steps for you! I use IG exclusively for my #weightlossjourney the majority of the people I follow are #igfitfam or otherwise inspirations to my journey. I track my food using #myfitnesspal and watch my friends statuses. Since getting my Fitbit I have been more motivated to move. The daily and weekly challenges have kept me accountable and the friends have offered support. I'm in several #facebook groups for weight loss and I have filtered out pages specific to junky foods. I haven't actually used the app but going to #physiq has helped me stay on track because it's sort of a getaway for me. I can meet friends or my sister @raycheeree to workout together. The #teampineapple has added to my motivation and inspiration. I changed my wallpaper to a night colorful #pineapple to remind me constantly.
