I binged on 8-10 "fun" size chocolate candies today. I just couldn't/didn't stop. It's a real addiction. Well I mean I did stop eventually. I switched to eating only raw vegetables and lean protein the rest of the day and made myself double my normal minimum workout time on the #wiifit #wii Part of the time my daughter rode on my back in the #boba baby carrier to keep her out from under my feet. This added an element of challenge and strength training to my cardio. I finally fixed the time zone on my Wii (after my workout) so my late night workouts won't count for the next day.
