#pineapplephotochallenge #howistayontrack I use my social media and phone addiction to keep me focused on my choices my goals and my plan. This folder of apps is pinned to the bottom of my iPhone for easy access. I'll explain each item. @striiv_fitness was my first wearable activity tracker, I've since upgraded but I haven't deleted the app. #pinkpadapp helps me track my menstrual cycle. This helps me be aware of how my body changes throughout the cycle. The #iPhone health app is in here but I don't really use it now that I have my #fitbit. If you don't have a fitbit, you can keep your iPhone in your pocket and it will track your steps for you! I use IG exclusively for my #weightlossjourney the majority of the people I follow are #igfitfam or otherwise inspirations to my journey. I track my food using #myfitnesspal and watch my friends statuses. Since getting my Fitbit I have been more motivated to move. The daily and weekly challenges have kept me accountable and the friends have offered support. I'm in several #facebook groups for weight loss and I have filtered out pages specific to junky foods. I haven't actually used the app but going to #physiq has helped me stay on track because it's sort of a getaway for me. I can meet friends or my sister @raycheeree to workout together. The #teampineapple has added to my motivation and inspiration. I changed my wallpaper to a night colorful #pineapple to remind me constantly.
