Peanut butter and banana smoothie. Frozen banana (I always peel and freeze bananas when they're starting to get too ripe) handful of ice and 1/2 whole milk yoghurt. Blend that up, then add 1 scoop protein powder and some water and blend. Then add PB2 and blend. #satisfying #peanutbutter #banana #smoothie
