A flashback Facebook post prompted me to check my old FatSecret account (been using MFP for years) for weight history (from 4-6 years ago). April 2010 I was pre-pregnancy pre-wedding mid-home building unemployed engaged to be married. I decided instead of dwelling on the fact that I'm not far from where I started I decided that I should be proud of my 30lb lost in the last year and not the ossicle weight loss I could have had.
