Working at my retail sit down job for 12.5 hours (minus 3 half-hour lunches) meant I wouldn't have time for the gym if I wanted to see my kids or get anything done around the house. So for the first 5 mins of my first 4 breaks I jog/walked. I also used my under desk pedaler or walked laps in the house between calls at one point when I was caught up in my work.
