I could think of a dozen reasons why it's not the right time. (Even though it's 1-1-17!) Still have tons of processed grains in the pantry- so, save them for a real food emergency and eat fresh as much as you can afford. Can't grocery shop for a few days- that's ok make due with what you have, your focus is strong. Ankles bugging me- so don't take up tap dancing. Eating right doesn't risk ankle injury and listen to it when working out. Fridge is acting up- good more steps going downstairs to the shop fridge for things! 2-3 food eating events this week- how strong you'll feel when you stick to plan st restaurants! It's too cold to walk outside, gym will be crowded- that's why the gods invented DVD workouts! #noexcuses #fitness #resolutions #weightlossjourney
