So My #weightloss has #plateaued lately and haven't been able to focus 100%. I've decided to make my goal to simply maintain 248-250 through Christmas. Then jump back into gear for the new year. I'll be going to the #gym 2 days a week still and watching #portions and limiting #sweets. I'm still on my #weightlossjourney just having a layover in #christmastown
